The story of the Granite Firefly Candle Company Four years ago today, I formed the LLC for the Granite Firefly Candle Company. We started off the new year in a most heartbreaking way, as we said goodbye to our sweet pup, Ivy in the early hours of January 4. After being diagnosed with a genetic liver condition in April, Ivy became very ill, and her prognosis was very poor. It was estimated she had but weeks to live.
