Celebrating the rich traditions of Maple Week in New Hampshire!

The temperatures are finally starting to warm up a bit, and that means our local maple trees are starting to produce sap. Sugar houses around New England are stoking up their woodstoves and soon the air will be filled with smells of sweet maple and burning embers.  Sugar Maple by Granite Firefly genuinely captures the sugar house experience, with sweet maple blended with balsam fir and a touch of woodsmoke.
