All standard Granite Firefly candles ship within 1-2 weeks of your online order. All shipping fees are charged at the time the order is placed and are considered final. Please contact us at granitefirefly@gmail.com for shipping estimates on custom orders. We shall make every reasonable effort to meet your specified delivery date, but in no case shall we be liable to you if we are unable to meet such date.

Return Policy
The Granite Firefly Candle Company, LLC stands behind the products we sell. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you still need to return anything, we offer hassle-free returns with a fifteen (15) day guarantee for all of our products.
Damaged Product Return?
If your product is damaged or defective, we happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 60 days.
Unwanted Product Return?
Maybe you ordered the wrong item or you simply don't want it anymore. In this case, we refund the full value of the remaining sellable product ordered within the past 60 days, and you simply pay the return shipping costs.
